Multi-day events, tournaments and re-entry

Sell passes that work across several days, and choose how often a ticket can be scanned.

1. In Create event, choose Yes under Is this a multi-day event? and set when the event ends.
2. For each ticket type, pick a QR scan rule: One valid scan per day, Single scan only, or Unlimited re-entry per day.

• One valid scan per day: a weekend pass gets in once each day.
• Single scan only: the ticket works once for the whole event.
• Unlimited re-entry per day: people can leave and come back. A copied QR code could also get in, so use it only where that’s acceptable.

Good to know: Multi-day passes reset at midnight in the event’s time zone. Events from a spreadsheet (bulk upload) can’t set a scan rule; add it afterwards in Ticket prices.
