Information we collect
We may collect organizer account details, event details, buyer contact information, order records, ticket status, scanner activity, device/browser details, and messages sent through support or contact channels.
How we use information
We use information to create and manage events, process ticket orders, deliver QR tickets, support check-in, communicate about orders or accounts, prevent misuse, improve TixFlo, and meet legal or financial obligations.
Payments
Payment information is handled by supported payment processors such as Stripe or Square. TixFlo does not intentionally store full card numbers. Processor privacy terms apply when payments are completed through their hosted checkout flows.
Sharing
We share information only as needed to operate TixFlo, including with payment processors, infrastructure providers, communication services, organizers for their events, or when required by law.
Retention
We keep information as long as needed for ticket access, event operations, accounting, security, dispute handling, legal requirements, and legitimate business purposes.
Your choices
You can contact us to ask about your information, request corrections, or raise privacy concerns. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, anti-fraud, or event-operation reasons.
