See what you keep before your first ticket sells.

Pick a ticket price and quantity, choose Stripe or Square, then compare vendor-absorbed fees versus passing them to the buyer. The calculator also estimates what Eventbrite would charge for the same setup.

Vendor fee calculator

Compare vendor payout when fees are absorbed or customer-paid.

Enter the ticket price, choose Stripe or Square, then compare what the vendor receives if they absorb fees versus when fees are added to the customer checkout total.

Two views: vendor absorbs fees means fees reduce payout. Customer pays fees means the buyer pays the ticket price plus the service fee and estimated processor fees.

How the estimate works

What the numbers mean.

The calculator uses TixFlo's $0.50 per-ticket service fee plus the processor rate you select. Eventbrite pricing is based on its published US paid-ticket rate. Actual settlement timing and reserves are controlled by Stripe or Square.

Vendor absorbs fees

  • The buyer pays only the ticket subtotal.
  • TixFlo deducts the $0.50 service fee per ticket.
  • Processor fees come out of the organizer payout.
  • Best when you want a simple, round-number ticket price.

Customer pays fees

  • The buyer pays the ticket price plus fees at checkout.
  • TixFlo still shows the service fee as a separate line item.
  • Organizer receives the full ticket subtotal.
  • Useful when you want to protect your per-ticket revenue.
