GoFan alternative

Lower fees on family orders. Your money in your own account.

TixFlo is ticketing for youth sports, schools, booster clubs and community events. Like GoFan it’s free for your organization. Instead of a flat per-ticket convenience fee, TixFlo charges $0.50 a ticket plus card processing once per order, and ticket money goes to your own Stripe or Square account.

TixFlo fits best when
  • You run youth leagues, club teams, tournaments, booster events or community events
  • Families often buy several tickets at once
  • You want the money in your own Stripe or Square account, not a weekly deposit
  • You want to sign up and set up your first event yourself, today
  • You want concessions orders from the stands too
GoFan may fit better when
  • Your state association or conference requires GoFan for its games
  • You want built-in fundraising and donation campaigns
  • Most of your sales are single tickets of $10 or less, where fees are within about 15¢ and GoFan can be slightly lower
Questions

Switching questions.

Can we use TixFlo for some events and GoFan for others?

Yes. TixFlo has no contract or exclusivity, so you can run your own regular-season games, tournaments and fundraisers on TixFlo even if postseason games are ticketed elsewhere.

Do families need an app?

No. Families buy on a web page and get their QR ticket by email. Volunteers scan with any phone from a scanner link.

Is TixFlo cheaper on every ticket?

No, and we’d rather you know up front. On a single ticket of $10 or less the fees are within about 15¢, and GoFan can be slightly lower. TixFlo saves families the most on multi-ticket orders and on tickets over $10, because card processing is charged once per order and there’s no percentage fee.

Are you affiliated with GoFan?

No. GoFan is a product of PlayOn. The GoFan details on this page come from their public website and may change.
