Is TixFlo really free for my organization?
Yes. There’s no monthly fee, setup fee or contract. TixFlo earns $0.50 per ticket sold. If you pass fees to buyers, that fee and card processing are added at checkout and you keep the full ticket price. (With Square, the buyer’s processing fee is passed to you to cover Square’s card fee.)
Who pays the card processing fee?
You choose for each event. Pass it to buyers (it appears as its own line at checkout) or absorb it, in which case it comes out of your payout.
When do we get paid?
Ticket money is sent to your own Stripe or Square account automatically, and they pay it out to your bank on your account’s payout schedule. No waiting on a weekly check or statement.
Why is the fee per ticket and processing per order?
The $0.50 is per ticket. Card processing is charged once per order, so a family buying four tickets pays the card’s fixed fee once, not four times.
