Get started with OrderUp concessions

Fans order and pay from their phones; you prepare it and hand it over. Here’s how it fits together.

OrderUp is mobile ordering for your concession stand. Fans scan a QR code, order and pay on their phone, and pick up at the window when it’s ready. No lines to pay, no cash box.

  1. Open the OrderUp shortcut on your dashboard to reach the OrderUp portal.
  2. Build your menu in the Menu builder.
  3. Create a menu QR code and print it for the stand and the stands.
  4. On game day, watch Live orders and hand orders over with the Pickup scanner.

The portal menu has Live orders, Scanner, Menu builder, Menu QR codes and Team, plus Analytics for owners and admins.

Good to know: OrderUp uses the same payment setup as your tickets: money goes to your Stripe or Square account.
