Sign in, or reset a forgotten password

How to sign in to the organizer portal and get a new password if you forgot yours.

1. Go to tixflo.net/organizer.
2. Enter your Email and Password, then tap Sign in.

Forgot your password?

1. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot your password?
2. Enter your email and tap Send reset link.
3. Open the email within an hour and choose a new password. You’ll be signed in right away.

Good to know: Gate staff sign in to the TixFlo Game Day app with the same email and password, not the website. See Get started with the Game Day app.

Tip: Signed in already? You can send yourself a reset link from Account → Security → Send password reset link.
