Connect Stripe

Set up Stripe so buyers can pay by card online and you get paid to your bank.

1. On your dashboard, tap Payments.
2. On the Stripe card, tap Connect Stripe, then Start Stripe setup.
3. Stripe asks for your organization’s details and the bank account for payouts. Have them ready.
4. When Stripe sends you back, tap Use Stripe checkout if Square is also connected.

If you stop partway, the button says Continue Stripe onboarding. Pick up where you left off.

Good to know: Card payments at the gate with Tap to Pay need Square. With Stripe you can still sell at the gate with cash or by having the buyer pay on their own phone.

Tip: Can’t publish an event? A banner at the top of your dashboard tells you if payments aren’t ready, with a button to fix it.
