Who pays the fees: buyers or you

Pass the TixFlo fee and card processing to buyers, or absorb them. You choose for each event.

Each ticket carries a TixFlo service fee (normally $0.50 a ticket), and card payments have a processing fee. For every event you choose who pays them:

• Buyers pay the fees. Buyers see the fees before they pay, and you keep the full ticket price.
• You absorb the fees. Buyers pay exactly the ticket price, and the fees come out of your payout.

1. When you create an event, it’s on the Payments step: Pass payment processing fees to customers? Choose Yes or No.
2. To change it later: Manage → Event settings → Payment fees, then Save payment fee setting.

Good to know: Cash sales at the gate in the Game Day app have no TixFlo fee and no card fee. The buyer pays the ticket price.
