Find my tickets

Lost the email? Get a fresh link to your tickets sent to you in seconds.

1. Go to tixflo.net/tickets (or tap Find my tickets at the top of any event page).
2. Enter the email you used at checkout and tap Email me my tickets.
3. Open the email and tap the link to see your tickets.

At the gate

• Turn up your screen brightness and show the QR code.
• Bought more than one? Use Next to show each ticket, or forward the email to the people you’re with.
• Add the event to your calendar or get directions from the same page.

Good to know: If we don’t find tickets for that address, we email you to say so. Try the email you used at checkout. Nothing at all? Check your spam folder. Gate staff can also look you up by email.
